Information we collect
We collect only information voluntarily submitted at the end of the readiness assessment or through the consultation form, including contact details, company information, answers and diagnostic scores.
When information is saved
Assessment answers and personal information are not saved while you move through the diagnostic. They are saved only after consent is selected and final submission is made.
How we use information
We use the information to present results, prepare initial recommendations, review contact requests and respond about relevant services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Submissions are stored in the Hostinger-hosted WordPress database with administrative access controls. Retention is reviewed and data is removed when there is no longer a legitimate need.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction or deletion through the official contact details once approved and published. Until then, use the consultation form and identify the request as privacy-related.
The assessment is an initial diagnostic, not an official certification or a guarantee of readiness or export success.
